	Additional Tent Information Side Walls ARE NOT included in the price of the tent canopy.   Pole tents require a minimum of five feet clearance outside the perimeter of the tent on all four sides to stake it and to allow room for the guide lines.   Frame Tents require access to water to fill barrels to hold them down since there are no guide lines or stakes. Terms and Conditions

• All tents require a deposit of half down when ordered. The balance is due no  two weeks prior to set up.  ALL TENTS MUST BE PAID IN FULL PRIOR TO BEING SET UP.

• Normal set up is Wednesday thru Friday and take down is on Monday or Tuesday. There is an additional charge of $100/day for weekend set-up or take down.

• Tent site must be clear of all obstacles.

• Tables and chairs must be folded and stacked when picked up.

• All table linens and skirting are to be kept separate. If they are wet please let us know.

Byerly Tent Rentals can not be held responsible for any damages to underground installations such as water, electric ,gas or sewer lines etc. Further more tents are a temporary structure and could possibly collapse during severe weather conditions. Byerly Tent Rentals cannot assume responsibility for harm to persons or damages caused to any of the contents of a tent while it is in the renters' possession. It is also understood that due to the nature of tents: there may be some leakage during rain.
